Hi, my name is Stephanie but most people call me Steph or Sedders. I’m a UX Designer with a background in customer service within the tech industry. Driven by customer satisfaction and success, I’ve always been looking for opportunities to better fulfill user needs and streamline support services. This history has been a fantastic foundation for me to build my UX Design knowledge on, allowing me to really dive into the different perspectives of potential users.
With a passion for learning, I love exploring new innovations and ways to diversify solutions. Challenges and problem solving are my bread and butter, and designing services and products allows me to flex my creative muscles away from my crochet and roleplaying hobbies.
